Marsha Atcheson

Marsha Atcheson, is a lending specialist in the mortgage industry.  She can help you every step of the way, whether purchasing a home or refinancing your current home. She  has almost 28 years in the banking industry from Bank Auditor to Loan Officer.  Marsha specializes in helping her clients learn the value of improving their credit scores and assisting them through the pre-approval, contract & closing process. 

Marsha believes in providing her borrower’s with excellent customer service and is always available during & after the loan closes.  Marsha graduated from UNT in 1983 with a BBA in Accounting.  She has two beautiful daughters.  In her spare time she loves to travel, read & spend time with family & friends.  Marsha Atcheson is on the Executive Board of Heroes of Denton County-Secretary; Board Member of NMC.
